Draw the site once
Put stalls, bays and storage units where they really are. Each cell carries its code and turns green, amber or red as the period moves.

Charge the way you let
Base rent, a share of turnover with a cap, metered power and fees sit on the same bill. A missing reading leaves the total blank and says what it is waiting for.

3Collect
Send the exact amount
The payment sheet puts the amount inside your market's code. A forwarded slip is credited by its bank reference, and the same reference never counts twice.

Close and carry forward
When the plan shows what is left, close the period. The history is filed and anything unpaid moves to the next period on its own.

Every spot keeps its own charge rules, so one site can mix them freely.
Base rent
A fixed amount each period, the line most spots start with.
Turnover share with a cap
A percentage of declared turnover, never more than the cap you set.
Metered power

Day pitches
A price per day for traders who come on market days only.
